What it is: a QC tool that reconciles a well’s scattered files into one trustworthy, printable recap. Everything runs on your device — nothing is uploaded.
- Drop your files — well export (.xlsx), daily report PDFs, Pason CSV / survey, stick diagram, DFP program (.json / EST .xlsm). Any combination works; more files = a more complete recap.
- Run QC — it cross-checks every source against the checklist: confirms TD / TVD, reconciles losses to the volume-tracking total, compares estimate vs actual cost, flags anything that doesn’t line up, and auto-writes the operations summary.
- Generate recap — a clean summary (well info, losses, cost, ops summary, flags). Print / save as PDF, or export the reports as CSV.
What each file gives: export = the structured truth (casing, depths, losses, activity); report PDFs = day-by-day detail + mud chemistry; Pason = clean depths + survey TVD; stick = casing & formation tops; program = estimate + target formation.
Good to know: the .xlsx export carries Province / dates / licence — load it for full well info. Re-entries are handled automatically (only the re-drilled leg sets TD & is excluded from cost/m). Use Copy free-AI prompt to polish the recap with any free AI at no cost, or add your own Anthropic key in Settings for in-app polish. Each QC run also feeds the Program Builder (shared well-store).
